I actually had a different hairstyle a few days ago but recently changed it.
I know you go to the gym so its prob what you eat. Oh well here goes....
Drink a glass of cold water before you eat.
Use smaller plates.
eat more fibrous food, fruit, wholemeal bread, pasta and rice to fill you up longer.
eat 3 meals and 3 snacks (in between meals) a day.
using the mantra i can eat snickers 'just to get by' is bullshit.
have a cheat meal once in a while, you'll end up gorging if you don't.
Eat till you're satisfied and not stuffed.
Force you body to burn calories, drink water ice cold (1-2 Celsius) so when you piss it out its 37 Celsius. use the stairs for floors 1-4.
No more than 500g of red meat a week.
Less beer (not gonna happen eh?)
do 10 minutes on 4 different cardio machines to prevent jacking it in. Start with the more intensive ones such as treadmill and summit trainer and alternate between sprinting and walking therefore forcing metabolism to increase.
