I find that, only to be a myth tho or least not entirely true.

But I always take exactly 39grams after workout. So after a day's workout, I get 78grams worth of whey protein.

Then the rest is from chicken/fish/milk/tuna.

Creatine is a cell volumiser, makes you look big i dont touch it.  Although Beef contains shit loads of natural creatine.  I tend to vary the protein i eat, key aspect to muscle development is not to let your body get used to the exercises you do and the food you eat.

Best source of protein hand down is cod only 0.5g of fat per 100grams of protein.  I eat the following costantly rotating:

eggs
whey
fresh salmon
fresh tuna
lamb
turkey
chicken
cod
herring
sardines
beef

Also you should only eat 500g of red meat a week.  NO PORK infidels.

I was a poor student and my rich father demand i worked during the summer instead of going on hoilday.  So i packed sausages in a factory with no windows in -50 degrees celsuis temp.  I wore about 50 pairs of plastic gloves so i wouldnt have to 'touch' them.

Your body should break down protein you're not using into other useable stuff, of which some may then be turned to piss. But if you're hitting the gym the excess should be minimal anyway.

if you get pru health insurance you can get free gym membership at most of the nationwide gyms virgin, la fitness, nuffield etc....as its insurance you end up with no claims bonuses etc.  Ive got mates who only pay £3 a month as they been on it that long.

I could sign up for the uni gym its really good but there's only like 2 months left and it costs 150 quid. When I get a settled with a job ill join one.

Today was a good day

I shadowed a NYS Trooper today so before we went we had breakfast together:
2 Scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, mixed fruit (some of the best strawberries ever), cup of coffee, and a glass of OJ
Breakfast was a special treat for me because I normally do not eat breakfast because of work and school being so early in the morning. But my lunch at school is at 11:05 if you want to call that brunch..

Lunch: Macaroni and cheese leftover from last nights dinner, water

Dinner: Cheese Pizza, Celery, Carrots, Snapple Iced Tea
