Cut cheese block (actually more like a rectangle) in half or thirds with knife.
Put cheese through food processor or use cheese grater.
Put grated cheese in 1 gal ziploc bag and stick the bag in the refrigerator.
I find cheese hard to clean of graters I can't be arsed.
