Tell me the reason for your choise of nicks on BF2. I called my self Steiketa because i got tired of finding a nick that was not taken. Wrote something then got the message: that nick is in use, or something like that. Then i said to my self: steike ta. Witch i cant translate into english. Its something we here in the north part of Norway say when we get a bit irritated. Cant translate it so only Norwegians understand it. Its a mild curse word.

Steike ta, now i am doing it again. Staying up late just to read on the forum........

Does 'ta'='you' ? If so, we might be able to guess what 'Steike' means, from the way it sounds if you try to say it as if it were an english word...

Well, my name was chosen, since there was a man named "Jeckel" who would own the round back in the DC days at a LAN place I went to, so since "Jeckel" was taken, I just added a "copy"

Thanks for the term!  I gotta use it since I'm Norweigan, Steike ta!!!!!

No. Ta, in norwegian means; take. Hehe, so it do not mean what you are thinking about.
Both words translated its; "steike"= fry. "Ta"= take. So in english it makes no sense. Its my dialect. Alot of them in Norway

Oh, ok. Still, I like it - I might also have to use it myself - "Fry take!" Or do you reverse word order ? Making it "take fry"!
