Hay Guys,
I currently own the Creative Audigy 2 ZS Platinum Pro Sound Card:
http://www.creative.com/products/produc … &nav=1
This thing is amazing, mostly because of connectivity options, but also because of the sheer sound quality!
Now my question is this:
Would it be better to keep my current sound card, or buy the basic Creative X-Fi card:
http://www.soundblaster.com/products/pr … &nav=0
The card I have at the moment is great for sound recording with Adobe Audition, I run a line level out from a Mackie mixing desk to record Vox, Drums and Guitar.
My current Card has a latency of 2ms (for multi-layer recording with software playthrough) and is also THX Certified.
As far as I know the X-Fi isn't THX Certified, so I'm wondering if it would be best just to stick with my current sound card???
The Audigy 2 I have used to be the Flagship Soundcard of Creative BTW
So...your thoughts?
