I allways leave a server if only very few people play squads. I see that more often, so there's a lot of players out there, that doesn't help winning. But hey - they all seem not to be reading this thread... :-(

I allways try help winning, but how it affects the team depends on what I play. As engineer I'm good - at Warlord driving that tank I almost allways get myself a medal. A good tank pilot really can change the outcome on the non-air maps. Medics on non-IO maps also tend to change the outcome of the battle. I wonder why so few play medics on non-IO maps. It's easy to win yourself a medal that way. U easily get 100+ on these maps - mostly enough to earn yourself a medal - and very good for the outcome of the battle.

I guess it really depends on the squad you're in. Most of the time if you can find a god squad that stcks together, you can really get the tickets. On the other hand, If you have a squad thats just spread all over, that can work too. I have been in many squads where they're just in a squad and theres no chatting or talking. Sometimes you win or lose. It's all how you play the game. I have usually started my own squad when playing a game and people start joining when I have a higher score. Its then I tell them to start going to a certain flag while I tag along.

I'm generally in the middle. Usually, I'll be in a squad that runs around and caps flags and keeps each other alive and well supplied. Occasionally, I might go off on my own, or somehow come to be good enough for second place, but that's pretty rare.
