I actually enjoy it. I did a 10 mile road race in October, and am working up to bigger things. I find when i get up, i just have to work up the strength to get out from under the covers, but once i get over that hump i have five minutes of "fuck it, i wana sleep" and them im ready for the day.GunSlinger OIF II wrote:

So I was at lunch today, and I finished eating a nice burger.
TBH you need to find something that you enjoy doing. No fitness plan will be successful if you don't like doing it. If you are worried go to the doctor and get some test done. EKG's and xrays are not expensive. If your left are goes numb then maybe panic .

Well, when you are young you can get away with eating a lot junk with little reprise. It will catch up with as you get older, so start eating better now. Even with a high metabolism and not gaining weight it still will affect your heart's health.Bull3t wrote:

I know plenty of other people who qualify as "fit" and they still eat the same food I eat. I was looking for actual workouts, not snyde remarks thanks.Mek-Izzle wrote:

I feel sorry for you. Not to sound rude, but I some people just cannot get into good shape. They can, but it takes them hours a day of working out dieting and running to lose any weight or gain any muscle. Luckily for me, I do am very high-energy so I burn calories easily by just sitting hear typing.
If you want resuslts when running just saying i´m gonna run at least that and that every day won´t help you. You need to get some quality in your passes try to variate and mix speed with longer runs. And most importantly don´t foget your rest. Your body won´t improve unless you let it. This is especially important in the beginning when muscles and stuff are not used to the heavy work.=Karma-Kills= wrote:
