Each time I read news about AMD's best processors getting delayed again, or their stuff not performing as well as Intel or nVidia (ATI = AMD now, basically)... I don't like it. Not because of fanboyism but because back in "the day" (read: 4 or 3 years ago), AMD was some very strong competition for Intel. It's like only yesterday when I thought that getting an Athlon 64 3200 was awesome. Or even more ancient, an Athlon XP 2500+ Mobile (they were mean overclockers).
Now that AMD is in "trouble" at least with their gaming-grade stuff, is anyone else worried that Intel and nVidia will start upping prices? I don't want it to end up where Intel/nVidia are as dominant as Microsoft and can do whatever they want.
