So, as you may already know, I've got a GeminII CPU cooler now. This cooler is very close to my rear case fan, which is currently sucking air out of the case. However, this fan is 90% above the cooler, and almost nothing under it, where the hot air is:

I'll be getting an E2180 soon, during the installation of which I will remove my motherboard from the case, thus benabling me to turn the fan around. What I'm asking is, should I turn the fan around? That would leave the only exit fan being my PSU fan, and 1-3 120mm and one 80mm intakes. The air that comes out of it is very warm indeed, so it's doing some good.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

So you are concerned if 2 fans on the Gemini wouldn't cool off the E2180 enough?

No, if my case fan should be turned the other way -.-

Could just try it both ways and monitor your temps to see if it makes a difference.

I'd say it would do more good as an exhaust fan though.

I seriously don't wanna mount/unmount the mobo twice.

I've done a lot of testing with my 7 fans. What allways worked best is to have all fans suck warm air out and to have big ducts to guide the cold air in to the CPU and GPU. The ducts/tubes do a great job. Fans blowing cold air into the cabinet didn't have any positive effect with my cabinet.
