Installed EA link but I says 'Your current security settings prohibit runnning ActiveX controls on this page. As a result, the page may not be displayed correctly.'

It still opens but everything inside the borders is blank, basically can't see anything within the program.

Starting to piss me off, I've done a format and reinstall windows and it still happens.

I've tried going into internet explorer -> internet options -> security -> but the bloody thing won't allow me to reduce the security below medium, I get an error message stating I MUST select medium or high.

WTF, help

In the setting you've just mentioned, medium should work, mine does. Make sure the option for ActiveX controls and plugins is set to anything other than 'disable', mine is set to 'prompt'.
Hope that helps.

Did you check the other ActiveX settings to make sure non are disabled? It's definitely to do with that.
If you have, and still get the probs, then you need someone smarter than me to help you bro, sorry.

HereĀ“s your help

If you go to the bottom of the ActiveX list.. there is 3 alternatives...

Activate only the first one and the 3 one...

OK ?

Hope it works.. it did it for me
