it was a good movie

I liked daniel craig as bond.
i just saw casino royale today, i loved it.

Absolutely loved it. They went a different direction than most of the Bond movies, and it works.
The part i dont get is the poker part the 1 hour break after 4 hours. It seemed like 1 day too me.

I just saw it in the theater and dispite my earlier skepticism about it, I must say that I enjoyed it a lot. It's to bad Pierce Brosnan quit, and that they 'started over' but overall the movie was very well done. I still think Bond shouldn't be blond, it just doesn't fit right. But Craig did a very good job in playing a 40 year old character he just doesn't have the looks.
There were a few points I didn't like though, such as the crane hopping which was total BS, I felt like I was watching the Matrix. Also, and this is purely a technical issue for me, they shouldn't have casted Judi Dench as M. I like her very much as an actrice, but if they wanted to start over with the Bond storyline then Judi Dench wasn't a good choice because she was introduced as the new M in Goldeneye, which would make it impossible for her to assign Bond his 00 status since he already was a 00 since the Cold War had started. Just a little hick up I find anoying to see. Otherwise I liked the movie a lot .

Blonde Bond, not cool. Keeping actresses from the other movies then trying to start a new story....not cool. Changing anything about James Bond...not cool.
