I just had a thought and was wondering about how feasible this would be. Say EA releases a patch that causes the game to crash at the end of a round. Pretty quickly, everyone determines that it is caused by the Titan exploding at the end of the round. How hard would it be for EA to implement an in-game 'mini-patching' utility, that could do small things like disabling the explosion of the titan at the end of the round, which could hold off the crashing until a full patch is released to fix the bug, and allow Titan explosions again.
I realize that they would probably have to make the titan explosion a "toggleable" event from the beginning, so this would probably be a big limiting factor, but wouldn't a system like this work?
I gotta admit they released 1.06 pretty fast, but i'm just curious about this.
