Ok. I am dumbstruck. I've tried everything, and in 2142 I can not bring up the commend squad, rebuke squad, etc. How is this done? I thought this would be exactly the same as bf2, but when I try it by right clicking, nothing happens.
I remember when the game first came out it'd randomly show up for me while in the commander screen, and I can't bring it up now no matter what I try.
