zune can't be used with music that doesn't come from the microsoft music store (dunno if that includes CDs or not)

shared songs can be listened to 3 times in 3 days, and overall it just sucks

last i heard its not compatable with vista either.

the software the Zune comes with sucks balls, all though it has some innovative technology it fails to use it to it's potential. case in point is the sharing songs tirelessly. you can only share a song one time. the song can only be played for three days and then you have to to buy it. you can't use the wireless tech to connect to the Internet. you can't use the wireless to sync it with your PC. i am happy with my ipod. i can use it as an external hard drive so there goes that argument.

Are you crazy, yes you can use all your limewire music with it

iPod really is not that innovative really. So... They introduced itunes, whoopteedo.
The added a game, and that little sexy wheel.
But nothing more, and the sound quality is pretty average.
Go out there, and look for mp3 players, there are a ton that surpass the quality of the iPod.
And the Zune was a complete Microsoft failure, the bluetooth technology to go sending songs to one and other is utterly atrocious, it takes like 2 hours to send a song, and by that time the battery is dead.

And I really ment is that you can't drag and drop using the windows explorer, but have to use iTunes to set music on it.

Am I the only one in the world who only listens to CDs and LPs?

Yeah you can.  Don't know where you got the idea that you can't drag and drop into iTunes from.

I've been using iTunes since it became available for PC, and didn't get an iPod till 3 months ago, and I can honestly say I prefer iTunes to WMP.  Looks cleaner, easy to use, tons of features, and when it came out, it was the only program on the market that gave you full CD/DVD burning software in a free package without speed limitations.
