Check it out guys, tell me what you think...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6889022032

It's an Olevia 37" LCD HDTV with 480i/p, 720p, and 1080i. It features has lots of tv inputs on there, and the best being the HDMI and the VGA! I'm physched that it has VGA. I'm hosting the Christmas party this year at my place, and I cant wait to entertain them with BF2 and 2142 on a 37" HDTV.

I thought this was a great price for the TV, and I've heard nothing but good things about Olevia.
Let me know what you guys think!

Doesn't look like you can really go wrong with it.  Prolly the best bang-for-buck HDTV I've seen yet.  37" and 1080i are great to have for $700!  It's got 720p too which is great if you're planning on buying a PS3 as it will downscale all 720p games to 480p if your TV doesn't support 720p, but still supports 480i/p and 1080i (as there has been a lot of controversy about this since the 360 will upscale it to 1080i in this case).  It might be fixed in a firmware update, but nobody really knows.

Anyway, I think you'll definitely be happy with it!

Here's what I have:  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6889252019

Not trying to show you up, but I love to show it off and am very proud if it, lol.  I cant wait to get a PS3 for 1080p!

Nice set dude!
Yeah, I was deffinetly looking for the best bang for my buck, as I'm still a high school student, and mommy and daddy don't pay for my things (Heck, I have to pay the internet bills, as they don't use the internet!)

Did you get that TV delivered from Newegg? I was kinda skeptical ordering a big TV off the net; I dont have the greatest trust in UPS or Fedex. If so, everything was fine I supppose?

And I'm still on the hunt for a PS3 too. Can't find em anywhere!
Anyway, thanks for the nice words on my set.
