When someone close to you dies, you need support and reassurance. But, what if someone close to you dies and every comment you hear is "liar" .... "get a life" .... "waiting for Ashton"
You see, there are certain topics that are considered sacred ... decent humans don't make jokes faking someone's death because we don't want to water down the gravity of the situation. None of us wants to have such joke threads created on death because then we will never believe them when they are genuine... and the people who are mourning will not get the support and encouragement that they require during a very sad time.
In consideration of your feelings, and the feelings of others who know elmo, that thread was heavily protected ... multiple posts were deleted by people suggesting it was fake and making harsh comments toward you ... two people were banned. Why? Because decent humans care about other's feelings.
