I have googled it and followed suggestions from forums, but still no hope

Seriously, WTF is going on? If it wont help, then I am quitting the BF series forever.

Tried that, done everything. Still fucking kicks me, from BF2 and 2142.

oh i know this one... do you have any apps. running that change the way windows works... like SpeedGear or anything like that... i use SpeedGear to speed flash animations up and when i tried running BF2142 with it on the game gave me an error like that... try opening Task manager click the "user name" tab then kill all the processes under you user name except explorer.exe and taskmanager.exe then try starting BF2142... Good Luck....

Uhhm..never had this problem for myself. I found this on the net. But I suggest that you've discovered that for yourself?! Maybe update Punkbuster, reinstall BF2142 or apply the 1.06 patch again?! My best luck for solving that problem!

API Kick 131133:

Known cause: Ventrillo Voice Overlay - Possibly other overlay programs. (ATI tool tray from Omega Drivers suspect)
Solution: Disable overlay program

Known cause: DxTweaker
Solution: Disable DxTweaker program

Known cause: Older TSO - Causes a "Missing/Corrupted API" kick
Solution: Update TSO to latest build

From another forum:

Nope. I don't run any other processes.

I've already killed ATI tools and Omega drivers. I seriously have no clue wtf is going on.

This is an official answer from PB team regarding to this problem:

After looking this over with my researchers, I don't believe we're
going to be able to change our DirectX hook detection to avoid kicking
for your program as currently written. The 131133 check is catching
numerous varied hacks including commercial hacks and that is currently
our only method of catching those hacks. Again, I don't know how other
overlay programs are working to avoid detection, but unfortunately,
your implementation works exactly like many new advanced hacks are
working and so it is triggering kicks. Yours is not the only legit app
that is triggering these kicks. And at this time, we are not willing
to try to 'whitelist' and keep track of legit apps in an effort to
make exceptions for them. We do not believe that will work for more
than a few days anyway.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I hope you understand and
appreciate the position we are in.
