As a squad leader can you direct your squad to flags across the map without orders from the commander? I can only direct them where my cross hairs are(attack here). If you can, will someone please tell me how. Yes I tried to search before posting. Any help would be nice, thank you.

if ur squad leader press tab to bring up map, then right click on a flag and issue an order,

hit capslock, and right click on the spot u want ur team to go to. u can tell them to attack, defend, move, 'set demolitions at this site' 'repair here' etc.
