Since everything constructive has been said, and this thread appears to be generating spam, I'm closing it.
Bottom line: you were reset, and there is nothing you can do about it ... emails to EA will have no effect.
You may have been reported (the offense may have been months ago). But, more likely, when players have reached General status, EA tends to go through your stats ... if you exceed certain thresholds (for example, too many points in a round*, favorite victim number is too high*, etc.) they will reset you.

*High points rounds and/or high victim counts are characteristic of K/P servers.A google search of your stats indicates that you had a best round score of 671 on Sharqi ... that is WAY above the limit where EA resets (which is something like 300 if I recall).
