well i just reformatted my PC and now sound max isn't on it, and i pretty much need it. but i have no idea where to get it from, i was wondering could you kind fellow Bf2'Er's help me out?
i think it comes with your mobo drivers, as it controls the onboard soundcard settings.
So i think you overlooked the drivers on the cd / internet.
