Yo guys i put this here to make sure that you all know that ATI has released a new driver, 6.11
in case you don't know... i suggest that you download it and SAVE it to a file, but don't install it.
then go to your add/remove programs and uninstall the old ATI driver.
RESTART your computer...
Then install the new driver from the file you saved it to.
RESTART again...
I know this sounds like a ton of bullshit to mess around with but uninstalling the old driver first is very important... let me explain, this tech guy told me that installing new drivers on top of the old ones causes some kind of compatibility problems because the computer tries to run both drivers... for example i was only getting 20-30 fps, but after i had uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled the new one my FPS jumped to 50- 70+. that is a huge improvement... good luck.
