People in their late 20's through mid 30's generally make the best overall players IMHO. They have been playing games since they were little kids and will actually play for the squad and for the team. Young rambo's my kill them 1 vs 1 but the single player always will lose to a coordinated squad.

totally depends on maturity, but 15-26 range is better, isnt that like the age range for the top players?

I'm 17 and I can cordinate squads very good imo.
About expierence with video games I was born with the Computer that uses Tape instead of CDs. So my gaming started quite at small age thus I have a lot of experience. Even for computing I remember using it with DOS when It came out (My father is a technition of hospital machines so he needs computers to set them up.
