Yes, you´ve to install all patches in a row.
Try www.gamershell.com to get the older ones.
But I gurantee no sucess to find them... but up to 90% they will be there...

Well can someone tell me the exact order for me to download. Should I also dl 1.03 and all the further patches?

Just install the game, patch with 1.12 and thats all. you dont need to go hunting the web for obsolete patches. Keeping your fingers crossed may also help a little.
