wow,
just spent half the night in the moder's 24/7 ghost town server. I was PLANNING on playing one or two rounds max, but I played 5 straight rounds without dying at all! I couldn't quit during the streak. I was sniping, using my zip to zap from oil tower to tower, I had round kills of 5, 7, 11, 8, and 7 each with zero deaths, finally in the 6th round I went 8 kills 1 death, I got TKed by my own blackhawk who was raking the base I was near with minigun fire.
It was an incredible rush as round after round I was the ONLY one with a fat 0 in the death column. granted I only scored 15-25 points in these rounds (only kills and kill assists), but after a while it was amazing to see how long I could go without dying. I also managed to nail some poor bastard 4 times in a row while he was trying to jump on a jet ski to raid our resources, all head shots! I know he had to be going nuts.
best part was when, after round 4, some guys on the other team noticed to and started making comments about how hard to kill the mysterous dshak was, ha.
Now I'm exhausted. took up the whole night.
also, I would like to say there is NOTHING in this game more satisfying than when you've killed a guy once or twice and he starts spawning as a sniper to try to counter snipe you, and you STILL kill him before he can get you. you just know they must be flipping out, wherever they are.
