dont quote me on this but i believe it is Cents Per Hour. Like, to see how much you're getting out of the game... You've spent x amount of hours playing the game, and assuming that it cost 50 dollars to start out with, you really paid 13.0043 cents per hour of play..

B) before getting a decent computer, (June,) I had been playing at an internet cafe since August. I have no intention of finding out how much I spent there as I fear it will cripple me mentally.
