Just reformatted and installed Catalyst 6.11 drivers now i'm getting multicolored wmv format(so far) videos. Device manager says drivers are installed correctly so whats wrong?

Using a x1900xtx, also tried plugging in the x800 and still the same problem.

What sniper3 said...i had the same issue (6.9 though). reinstalling WMP 10 fixed it.

you wouldnt have divx installed would you? get rid of it, you only need xvid codecs

i had this same issue, and reinstalling WMP wouldnt fix it, nor would reinstalling video drivers

divx has a big problem with the new media player

i would say screw wmp anyway

use VLC player or winamp
