Need help with PC

I uninstalled a .NET HOTFIX program and need it to update my drivers and when i try it gives me this messge upon installing.

C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\

Dont know what to do im terrible at computer stuff.. any help would be appreciated.

Ok there Hotfixes I deleted were
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 hotfix (kb886903)

And I had only have one, I deleted the other a while ago.

if you need more information let me know.

Edit: Im trying to update my graphics cars drivers.

and im supposed to send it here C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\ but dont have that location/file

Choose custom, on the left panel click on software update. Select .net and allow IE to do it automatically for you.

I did that and it said Unable to install.
