It is not the proper time to overclock. Condenstation (sp?) could form on the chips, then it could cause them to short. It's your machine, so if you want to go ahead.

Do it. Overclocking isn't going to change the temperature in your rig enough to start worrying about condensation.

yes, now its oc time. in fact having all my windows open in mid winter to get high clocks is my #1 reason for colds. and they say PCs aren't harmful to your health

let me rephrase what i meant....its not ass fucking cold, as in snow storms, but 50-60ishF.

k...its at 2.25gHz, 25C, at idle. is that good or bad? (its OC'd from 2.016)

It's not so much about idle temp, it's the load temp you need to worry about. Ideally keep your load under 50C.
