Here's what you can do Onion. Start up a thread with your own techniques/strats/guide, post it in the 2142 forum, and see what happens. If it's good enough, it may be stickyed and then eventually placed in the strategy forum for all to see.

Pretty much already said ... but that section is reserved for posts that the moderators believe to be worthy.  Post something good, and it will likely get moved into that prestigious section.
