Personaly they have come up with a bit of the right idea in 2142, but in the wrong direction. They started to make a "rank restricted" option. Unfortunately it only works so that the first 10 ranks can go into the server. If they came up with something where you have to have xxx # of points to enter this server, you'd find yourself playing in a higher atmosphere of game play away from the nonsense. If you have all the unlocks and are the highest rank in the game, chances are you are playing to have fun, not stat pad.

Stats are cool, I love getting awards. I'd have probably stopped playing a while ago without them anyway.
