I've gotten 8 myself. Weird how that happpens but I got a screen, and it disapeared (I hate print screen, wtf is the screenshots for BF2142 anyways?)

Lol.. i Didnt have a hack. It was more like: "Hey look, a squad with 7 ppl,.. I feel like joining"

For some reason in 2142, sometimes when im in a squad, it randomly shifts me to a new squad on my own. I only notice when i can't hear my buddies talking anymore!!
It should be like in the army We were like 10 people in a squad 1 squad leader.
3 squads in a plutoon and one plutoon leader.
