RAM timming...need help

I have OCZ DDR2-667...
It's a kit and on the page it say CL 4-4-4-12...
My mobo Auto detect them at 5-5-5-15...
I have no fucking clue when it come to those number!!!
which one is better for my PC???

the lower the better, go to bios and put them in manually

the voltage for what are you changing? the Vram should be somewhere around 1.8-2.0V depending on the specific model

What timings should you suggest for 2x 512MB DDR400, PC3200?

you'll have to look them up by either
- checking if its printed on a sticker on the ram somewhere, or
- you check your specs on the manufacturers website, or
- you download cpu-z and look in the spd tab; there it will tell you the corresponding default timings for each mem speed

also if you have quality ram and its not overclocked you should be able to go a bit lower than the default values. but be careful because setting them too low can cause it to make errors (check with memtest 86+) or fuck-up completely and you'll have to reset the bios to put everything back to stock (which is a hassle, but not really hard, still before you attempt something like this you should make sure that you know how to reset it)
