Well it took a bit longer than planned (but what things dont in the gaming world?). but Battlefield 2142 is now its own gametype on Enemy Down and is now accepting clan sign ups! Clans currently competing on Enemy Down will need to create a new clan to join the BF2142 section.
There are currently 3 ladders:
- Conquest : 16 Player Maps
- Infantry : 16 Player Maps
- Titan
More can be added if there is demand for it, im sure they'll be lengthy discussions on the forums about these and many other things.
Unlocks
Currently the default setting for this is to have them on, clans can request to have these turned off in the match notes, however the opposition do not have to accept the challenge if they want unlocks on. If they do accept the challenge, then these will become official rules for that match and will result in a forfeit if the rules are broken.
Field unlocks are allowed regardless.
Admins
We are currently looking to take on 2 or 3 admins to help with the running of Battlefield 2142 on Enemy Down and make it the place to be in Europe for BF2142 !
Speak to me on IRC in #enemydown.bf2142 for an application form.
