No more AMD 4400 x2's?

Hi,
I've been after an AMD 4400x2 skt 939 CPU for quite some time now but it seems a lot of UK online stores are out of stock or don't sell them at all. Are they no longer produced?
I've got a credit note for one store which I was going to by the CPU with but they've been out of stock for nearly a month, should I wait a little longer?

Yeah I have everything I need for it, I'm just replacing my 3500+ as it hindering the rest of the PC's performance.
If I had the money I'd switch to C2D but I don't so I'm staying with 939 for now.

i dont think AMD is producing 939 chips anymore, they moved on to AM2 / 1208

yeah, i would have been nice to get a 65nm 939 as an upgrade for my opty

Get an X2-4600+ instead. Or save your money and get a new rig. I know that's my plan (got a 3500+, too).
