There was this film i saw a while back. It was about some "bad boy" who falls in love wth this quiet girl. She gets cancer and then dies. and blah blah.

If anyone knows which film i am talking about, let me know.

no . There was this one guy who kind of looked like he could be from dawson creek, can't place a name.

A Walk to remember is the only movie that I can think of that fits that description.
