Hostages in the game?

I tried searching for this but came up with results that did not meet what I am looking for...

I know what kidnapping is (in the game) and this is different. Lately I've been seeing people being held hostage in the game. For example last night in Warlord I spawned at the Palace Security Office and I could have sworn there were 4 SAS guys there with a MEC trooper on his knees with his hands on the back of his head in the middle of them all.

Am I seeing things? I've seen other similar incidents on other maps, but it just seems so strange that it doesn't quite register until after I've moved on.

Anyone else see this or have any input?

If you switch it up, and have a room full of MEC with one SAS guy on his knees, you may have been tuning in to Al Jazeera on an average Friday night. However, I dunno what to say in your case.

was it a clan server......might have been playing a little game.......we used to do it on goldeneye on the n64(good old days)you would have 2 teams of two on one of the teams you would have a "president"and the attacking team would only be allowed to attack the "president" whilst the other team mate would try and protect him......bloody good fun.......colud be a similar type of set up........or you may well be tripping......ea to make a goldeneye mod?that would kick ring.......

It was a clan server (Sovereign Forces - SF), but I don't recall any clan members being on last night.

hahaha i remember once on gulf of oman 64 player, i saw one of my guys on the mini map in a random building (i was USMC) i flew over and jumped out, walked up the stairs (it was a random building) and there was the USMC guy on his knees surrounded by 5 MEC guys, i was like WTF!!!! i had a SS, but it got deleted when i re formated anyhow i did the right thing...tossed in flasshbang and stormed the house with the F2000, killed 5 MEC, and the USMC guy just went prone, got back up looked at me and left
