I'm havin problems crashing to my desktop and im running patch 1.06. Whats causing this? I cant seem to play the god damn game no longer than 5 minutes at the very most then it just crashes and its pissing me off.

Could be one of many many things.
Overheating, bad / old drivers, trojan / virus, corrupt windows file, etc. You need to start by process of elimination. Check you heat lvl's. Replace/update your drivers, scan for viris's, clean out your system, etc.

Same issue evere since 1.06 patch, just living with iy
