I got canned from my job because of my problems i have with vertigo, possibly Meneirs Disease (inner ear problem). Anyway just wondering if i should see if they offer me a severance package along with my medical disability retirement, or just sue the shit out of them for discrimination. all opinions welcome, even the smart ass ones.
Sue!!
What was your job, exactly?
If it was something like mountain climbing...or high-rise construction, then suing them might be a bit out of context.

Lets just say that i worked for the U.S. Government...enough said. nothing real dangerous, or to do with heights.

were you a marine, navy corpsman, or army grunt, by any chance?
former MARINE.
Didn't you have to tell them you suffer from vertigo during your physical?
Dude Do Whatever you think is best for you , if you thought they took it a little harsh and stuff along the lines of that.. then sue , but think about it twice
I started having vertigo problems about a year after i started working.
Since you're American, it's the law that you sue.
