Ok so the past day or so I've suddenly got huge lag the second i enter the titan, except for the upper hallways, which are lag free, but as soon as i hit that cargo bay its jolting all over the place. My connection speed has not dropped and I've never had this problem before, in fact, ive never had lag beyond one second on bf2142. Any solutions given will be rewarded with a shiny +1. Thanks!
you have never had any lagissues before you´re uniqe i believe they programmed the game with the lag so noone would feel left out, you should return your copy of 2142 and get a new one with 100% titan lag
Type: renderer.drawfps 1 to console. it shows x/y in upper left corner, if x is higher than y it is not fps lag. Next check your ping, if your ping is stable it wont go up and down more than 10ms, if ping is stable and not much over 100, it is server what lags.
Solutions: In the first case find a server with smaller amount of players, or get a new computer. Second case: if ping is not stable check that no one is using your bandwidth. If ping is too high or server lags find a better server closer to you.
