I don't think that is correct.  From what I have read they are both running at the same clock spead: 2.13, so essentially you have 2.13 processing cores in one chip.  That does not mean you get 4.26 ghz speed though, because they both go through the same pipeline...ie...cache, frontside bus, etc.
