They are probably a fairly small team, and probably not based in an English speaking country. Of course this is just a guess since I have never heard of this game before. Perhaps you should try asking someone on a forum more closely related to the game.

Well, I doubt anything bad would happen... it will just be in German. Have fun learning a new language!

PC's are not consoles, games are not region restricted (though the dvd's those games come on may be.)

Yep, Armed Assault is being developed by a 40-person team. It's going to be officially released sometime in the US sometime next year, which is stupid because you can easily get it illegally. Someone I know downloaded it via bit torrent; the Czech version and then patched it into English. So that's why it's only been released in a few countries, I suppose.

Well, I got the English decoder to work just fine. However, that game needs a lot of work. Kind of reminds me of America's Army. The Blackhawks are disturbing at best to fly. The players move around kind of weird, and the player models blow. Awesome landscape and more realistic play, but it needs A LOT of work.

Sad thing is, that has all the potential to be a VERY good game, it just needs some people who know what they are doing.
