Ok I'm not complaining or anything at all but when I got banned I actually started messing with Photoshop for the first time ever and here's what I came up with.. Remember these are the first couple of things I have ever done...

Yes, yes i do need lots more practice.. I also did it with a touch pad instead of a mouse so it was a bit difficult.. Still fun though

Work on the lighting in the new layers you are bringing in, adjust the hue, saturation, contrast, and lightness. Also if you feather the new layer it makes it look a bit more "natural". If you can get Total Training off of bit torrent it will go a long way to help if you are serious about photoshop.
