I got this last night, it is only kills on the enemy titan. Somehow you need to have your team all go for attack points not consoles or silos. It is a nightmare, I played Suez for 8 hours straight to get it. There is one way early on in the round to buffer the number if the titans are close together get in the AA and take out the attack chopper on lift off over their titan for an attack score, you get these even with the shield up. Usually you can get 5 or 6 before the shield drops if the titans are moved from the beginning of the round. Use what ever kit you get the most kills ground pounding in or spam apms and rdx and use the lambert. GOOD LUCK!
i got mine in a round that i wasnt even expecting to get it. i was engineer and i just kept putting motion mine over the titan shield. i got a ton of kills from that and then after i set them i would just run in and kill people while trying to destroy the panels.
Ok, well I will try the motion mine thing tonight, before they nerf that too.
WANK WANK WANK, i cant get it, i think that when the titan gets blown to bits, and there are crews still left inside, whomever destroyed the main core should get those kills, obviously not FF
I think you get the kills for people manning the titan guns. Everyone maning the consoles gets killed.Rubix-Cubes wrote:

Too bad you'll have to do it again once you reach the hours.max wrote:
thats how i got the iar requirements (now i only need the hours). support in the vents works best imoMuseSeeker wrote:

I've gotten the gold titan assault badge twice, and received the points for it. it still wont give me the badge in bfhq though. it's one of the harder ones to get, due to the time constraints to get that many kill points on their titan. Silo's you control start blowing the thing up once the shield is down, and if the consoles get blown.. well. you know how it goes. it's all about whoring. i got mine playing support, and camping the rafters. i hate dropping down to the floor due to lame APM spamming.
Have just got mine and it was a bitch, tried the trick where you shoot out the Titan guns but it never really ever helped, so thought only one thing for it all out attack on the titan and changing between kits, recon and support ended up with 60 kills at the end of the round and a proud owner of a shiny gold titan assault badge, but it has been far and away the hardest so far even when thinking of BF2 badges

I think that the Expert Titan Assault is the new BF2 1.3 patch Explosives (37 Kills IAR).
Got mine in 3 tries, you just need to get yourself the right circumstances for the game. If you pop in a server and either side is skill imbalanced, the game will be far too short to nail it. The round I got it I was switching back and forth from support to recon with every other spawn, dropping APM's was the key I think (also got my gold explosives that round). Drop your APM's and then charge suicidally with the Lambert, generally while you're dead you get two more kills (though sometimes they don't count - watch the battle spam, there is a difference between "killed" and "APM"). For a change of pace, sit there with support and set up your sentry in the corner of the upper deck to cover one vent and run to the corner and cover the other. Sometimes the bad guys pause to look down before dropping, and that's when you can work with your sentry to rack up kills.
When you pod over to the enemy titan as a recon, drop down the vent and immediately put an APM at the entrance hallway facing the vent...free kill. Then run, drop down to the main floor, drop another APM at a good angle to cover the door to console 1 or 2. Somebody will run by eventually, especially if the console isn't blown yet. The lambert is your friend, don't be conservative with ammo.
As support, camping anywhere is generally a waste of time. If you see the pace of your kills slow down, don't be afraid to get suicidally aggressive. 15 seconds and you're back in the game with an extra kill or two rather than camping out waiting to get knifed.
Again, most important thing is to find a server with a balance of skills for both teams, these make for the longest games. If you sit on a server and the round you come in at goes extremely fast, then chances are that you got a clan vs. noob dynamic going on. This is bad. Also bad is if there are no or few defenders in the Titan you assault. Anyone can get this, regardless of skill or lag, if given enough time or a target rich environment.
