What I would like to see is a revive Mod for BF2 and that it use the ABR system for rankings
because I find BF2 still nice with all those crappy patches but it was nicer with patch 1.12
with less bugs and all.
and don't come yea you can dolphin dive again and exploit the game.

Maby if dice worked out proper solutions first, instead make crappy movements and exploitable features in the first place


What would I like to see back in the Revive mod.

0.If they would rebuild there mod on the patch 1.12 there are many less bugs
like the T.V guide systeem en crappy prone movements and squad lock-ups.
and no CTD's and better performance and better hit registration, no
C4 detonator glitches


1.Black hawk down back to his old state but the guns splash damage not so much powerful as version 1.00
Decrease of 50% splash damage maby. The back rotor of the BH is a deadly shot but the rest of the main body of the BH will cost you 2 AT rockets

2.Shooting and jumping possible but with a huge penalty for accuracy because shooting and no jumping doesn't stop anything at all because you can still dive to the ground and have major accuracy boost.
But things, like shooting AT  rockets over wall while jumping can the tank a harder job.

3.To stop dolphin dive spam is rather easily solution if we look back at BF1942 infantry style from going prone.
and maby add you can't  go prone while running and jumping.
only you could prone when walking or running

4.C4 throw able again over walls because blowing up bridges is boring
and I don't say Horizontal movements but vertically movements, because the old exploit just give you Horizontal advantages. but still what ws so hard to kill those guys who where trying to throw stuff to you.
4M  would be balanced way.

5.Yea no claymore kamikaze whores

6.Ground to AIR (AA) it really works in patch 1.41 so to copy the files form there to the revive mod I don't mind(they are balanced)

7.J10vsF35 problem doesn't exist in patch 1.12 because they didn't yet scruwed the A2A missiles yet so the F35 has still a good changes to fight back against the j10

8. Helli's where fine only some T.V guide missiles range has to be reduced because every skilled person could take everyone out from all over the map. it maked the AA useless from that range.
The cal 50 guns are to powerful against a Helli make it 8 seconds instead 4 seconds because there no skill at all to take it down. But still I don't mind it that the 50 Cal's are powerful because it's harder for the Helli pilot to stay alive.

9.Above all those suggestion for Revive mod for Bf2 would bring back glory to BF2
less bugs/more performance/better solutions
10. Almost forgot the noobtube maby make it so that it doesn't explode if  it's closer then 10M away from the person who shooted it.


I don't say all the patches where bad but it could be so much better if they took the time and really fixed things instead scruwing it up and fix there own patches every time.

Did I forgot to mention something, that Dice  scruwed up?

and yea squad hopping is possible Rolf it has to be option instead.
at least squad cycling was very realistic and useful in clan wars as for  squad hopping  I find it to hopper to be in it the revive mod.

but it feels more like a dream if this ever would happen

Play more chopper and you will know why most of the chopper pilots want the 600 m range back, purely because its based on skill then again

now U can just backup and lame out of range, its basicly just fleeing

hee i know that from the beginning but when it had 600M you could hit somebody from flag to flag by sharqi

the problem with the mini guns where, if you where in a house you still get splash damaged.
if they only reduced the splash damage by 50% I think it would pretty balance it.

not to mention if the back rotor is one shot one kill ^^ and two AT shots two fully destroy or let it burn with only 2 HP left

and the MEC chopper could use some more damage per bullet and a little higher fire rite by 10/15%

1.The first is right: mini gun 50% less splash damage
2.The second adjustmend of the MEC chopper isn't the same as BH
because Clone balancing is just boring.

The MEC chopper could use only some higher fire rate and some more damage per bullet so it would be more equal against a black hawk.
You could let the mini guns of the BH overheat 15% faster then the MEC chopper.

The armor is just fine at patch 1.12 only some weapon adjustments has to be made to balance it.
maby if the BH is still to strong to take you could make could increase the damage of AT rockets against the back rotor is it would only have 10 HP left(Burning state)

3.T.V missiles has to have max range, because people who know how to use it would just fly somewhere where it's safe and start shooting T.V rockets
T.V guide range at patch 1.41 is good right now maby a little increase because sometimes you can see the enemy but you can't hit them.

4.How much HP did the chopper tail has in the first place? 200HP if yes then it's oke

5.Chopper body's of which choppers? the attack or the transport. The transport HP settings at patch 1.12 are good and balanced. The attack choppers in patch 1.41 are still powerful and good heli pilots know how to evade MG 50 cal fire or destroy if before it destroy them.
The problem is more that you could shoot down a heli without overheating the gun in the first place so I think some less damage per bulllet would do fine at least.

When a 50 Call overheat the attack chopper has to have lost 80% HP when it hat full health and be attacked by a buggy/transport car.

6.Yep jumping and shooting possible at the same time with penalty for your accuracy for like 1.2/1 second.
Same with going prone from stand  0.8 sec and from crounch to prone like 0.45 instead instant accuracy

7. Proning and Shooting not possible? No retard delays that would take the speed down.
It's much better if you could let finish the animation first for you could back to prone.
So it was done in bf1942, it had to finish the animation first for you could back to prone or the other way around.

and no proning while sprinting and jumping that would result no flying fish.


8. If I remember it good the J10 vs f35 had no balance issue's yet.
but I know they screwed the A2A missiles good(never miss or team kill)
I think it because the hit model of the F35 are to big in patch 1.41 and that why it's missile magnet,
even the SU-34 could evade missiles but the F35 can't. Rolf

9. c4 toss to 4/5m is good enough to toss it from a roof on middle of the road and same over wall I think.


10. Claymores doesn't have to disappear in patch 1.12 no friendly could run over them and you could blow them. So they where really used to save there own ass.

If there was a pick-up option(that dice has promised a long time ago I would say it will pretty balance it for the sniper, but to think you have to code it in. I think you can let it result if a friendly would walk over it, he would be no more instead a team kill for the sniper.

But there has to be a limit how many team kills a sniper can make with his claymores (4/6)
because retard sniper would abuse this system.

11. Yes AA like 1.41

12. No squad cycling I mean, that you could switch your could switch of SL's in the same squad.
but a server option is good.

but you don't must forget about the gameplay changes dice has done because they where not all bad.
I mean by like the weapons or IO ect..
