So i just read the thread about the kids killed in the interest of party politics in Israel and it got me to thinking.

When I become supreme Hegemon of the United Earth Nations, I will create International Government Ordinance #473

Under IGO-473, all male children, at birth, will be issued a license for the possesion and operation of their penis.

Under IGO-473, your penis license can be revoked and your penis taken away if you breach any one of these rules.

-Pissing on the floor/toilet seat and not cleaning it off.

-Killing children.

-Taking up 2 parking spaces when you park.

-Raping women.

-Female Genitle Mutilation.

-Domestic Abuse.

Any other infractions you guys can think of?

Seriously though - kids being killed = D&ST section, but suggestion regarding penis licensing knocks it down to the Junk Drawer. Good idea though.

I was going to be all offended and such and make a comment about how women are allowed to be crazy 3 out of 30 days, can't park (hence the reason I'm the guy who parks a mile from the mall in no less than four spots, but it's people in general not womens), etc... But then I was like, "I know! I'll make a funny post about how women should have a VagLicense! And if they're bad we'll take it away and they can't use it!" Then about 5 seconds later I thought, "No, that's bad, because if they can't use it neither can I."

Long story short: Let's just make it an "EgoLicense"

"Taking up 2 parking spaces when you park." owe my brothers friend had hes car painted cherry black (he being a painter) he put so much work into that it was hes own little masterpiece and when it was finally done he went cruising to a "mall - as u americans would call them" he did not want hes cars beautiful new paint job ruined by someone parkin realy close an ramin there door into hes car.. so he took up 2 spaces... he came out 2 hours later to find a huge key scratch up the side of hes car... NOT A HAPPY CHAPPY
