Maybe they wiped everyone above a certain rank (this is a fact right now, mistake or no) and they are going thru them one by one (by hand) and rooting out ppl with a high best round score (ppl that stats padded).

1) They did comment on this but its not like they cant lie or tell half truthes
2) They did miss quite a few of the ppl that did stats pad
3) If it was a server error, why are ppl coming back 1 by 1 and not all at once (fix the server) ???
