I realize that I am new to this, but I have looked at the help index but cannot find how to customize my signature. I want to put my stats, medals, etc...

Additionally you can create a customized stats sig by following this tutorial
Just be sure to follow the rules for signatures... keep it under 250px tall and less than 150kb in file size.

Most of the sigs that have stats in them can be clicked on & it will take you to that persons stats page (on whatever site they made it) but if you go to that site you can make your own from your own stats & use that. Then just copy & paste the code into the signature part of your profile.
