Which parts should i upgrade next?

I currently have:

Processor - AMD athlon 64 4000+ 2.4 ghz
RAM - 3GB Kingston hyperX DDR
Mobo - Asus a8n32-sli deluxe
HDD - 250GB western digital 16MB cache
GFX - Nvidia Geforce 7900GT 500/1500
Sound - Creative X-Fi ExtremeMusic
Monitor - 20.1in Samsung 204b 5ms 1600X1200
My 5.1 speakers, wireless mouse, keyboard and case are fine for now.

I was thinking overclocking a Athlon X2 4800 with a Zalman HS/F
And I'm getting a 500GB for storage anyway.
Budget is somewhere around $500

I appreciate the advice

Ya mobo is socket 939 and so is 4800 as far as i know

Dont upgrade yet, your fine, wait 3-5 months then upgrade, dont waste money.

The only thing you can really do with that computer (besides getting the larger drive) for $500 is picking up a 7.1 speaker set.

But may I recommend Seagate's Barracuda SATA 750GB for $340 (OEM)?

If anything a graphic card, but for LARGE(expensive) difference get a new mobo, for a core 2 e6600, and maybe fast ram ddr2
