The only thing I could find specs for is the Asus board. http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3& … odelmenu=1

The "Gigabyte ga-945l-s3" wasn't even on their website....I dunno where you found it.

I've never even heard of "Sparkle" or "Xpertvision", and neither has Newegg (actually Newegg found a couple server power supplies under 'Sparkle', that's it).

How about some links where you found this stuff?

You should get the video cards from more reputable companies such as XFX, BFG, Asus, etc.

Here's some good companies:
For nVidia chips -
XFX
BFG
eVGA
Leadtek
PNY

For ATi chips -
Sapphire
Powercolor
HIS

I'm sure I'm forgetting some.

I wouldn't get any cards from motherboard manufacturers because IMO they aren't as good as the other companies. They don't seem to have that same level of quality..but again, just my opinion.

go with either one of asus/msi/dfi, just read some reviews first and you should be fine.
i would also find another website, that one doesnt seem great for mobo's. also galaxy is a good cheap and reliable gpu vendor i had one of their 7800gtx, served me well. i believe they operate out of hong kong so maybe feasible for you.

Asus is the company that makes the motherboard... 90% of top motherboard makers are from Taiwan...

No he didn't...

he said the Galaxy videocard company operates out of hong kong, which means their products come from the plant at hong kong.

He's just trying to help you out w/ distances.

just because the company is based in asia doesn't  mean the website will be in cantonese or some shit.

It would cost me more money to get somthing shiped from hong kong then it would cost getting it sent by train or somthing in my own country.
