OK, so I understand that the guy who normally answers the calls and talks to the morons who don't understand how to dial a number on there phone is an idiot, but how do you get promoted without knowing simple math. I can't believe this guy stayed on the line for 20 minutes talking to people who can't understand. I think the lady at the end could have figured it out if she would have listened. She was so close when she realized half a penny is represented as 0.005 dollars. It's too bad that guy was so frustrated by the time he got to her. I would have asked her to go get an accountant to explain it to her. Ugh, I'm frustrated for this guy not that I've listened to it. I think if they weren't so busy battling for control of the conversation she could have figured it out. She just wanted to stay in charge and wouldn't listen to him.
